2009 Exhibit Information
Conoco Phillips OSU Alumni Center
Stillwater, OK

9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Cost
Exhibit space is $100 for government or business and $50 for non-profits. Exhibit fee includes one conference registration, continental breakfast, breaks and lunch.
Exhibit Equipment
One 8-ft table and two chairs. No piping and draping will be provided, so please bring your own table cover if one is desired.
Electricity
You must specify on the application if you need electricity. Electricity will not be made available the day of the show unless arranged beforehand.

Installation
Exhibitors may set-up between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. the day of the conference. Exhibits must be set-up no later than 8:00 a.m. when registration begins. The venue will not be available before 7:00 a.m., December 8.
Exhibit Hours
December 8, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Dismantle
After 3:00 p.m.
Parking
Parking instructions will be sent following receipt of your registration.
Directions
A map and directions to the OSU Alumni Center may be found online here. Directions to the conference exhibit loading dock will be sent following receipt of your registration.
Deadline
Deadline for reserving exhibit space (with payment or P.O. included) is November 23rd, 2009. Refunds cannot be made if requested after November 23rd, 2009. There will be an additional $25 charge for cancellations made after November 30, 2009.
Additional Registrations
Exhibit cost includes one conference registration with continental breakfast, breaks and lunch for one registrant. For more seminar information, visit the OKRA website at www.recycleok.org. Additional people helping with the exhibit each require a separate individual seminar registration and fee. “To Register online and/or pay by credit card, visit http://orangehub.okstate.edu (select Agricultural Conference Services, then Oklahoma Recycling Seminar, then select exhibitor registration).”
